18 we ourselves also heard this voice having been carried out of heaven, being with Him on the holy mountain.
And We Have God’s Prophetic Word More Firm
19 And we have the prophetic[a] word as more-firm[b], to which you are doing well to be paying-attention as to a lamp shining in a dismal[c] place, until which time the day dawns and the morning-star rises in your hearts, 20 knowing this first— that no prophecy of Scripture comes[d] from one’s own[e] interpretation[f].
