12 And again Isaiah says, “There will be the root of Jesse, even the One rising-up to rule[a] the Gentiles. The Gentiles will put-their-hope upon Him” [Isa 11:10].
Peace And Joy To You All
13 Now may the God of [b] hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may be abounding in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Brothers, I Wrote To You As a Minister of Christ To The Gentiles, Serving The Gospel
14 Now I am convinced, my brothers— even I myself concerning you— that you yourselves also are full of goodness, having been filled with all knowledge, being able also to admonish one another.
