Luke 24:47-49

⁴⁷ and repentance for^[a] forgiveness of sins^(A) will be proclaimed in his name to all the nations,^(B) beginning at Jerusalem.^{(C) 48} You are witnesses^(D) of these things. ⁴⁹ And look, I am sending you^[b] what my Father promised.^(E) As for you, stay in the city^[c] until you are empowered^[d](F) from on high.”
