22 And after he had taken him away, he raised up (A)David to be their King, of whom he witnessed, saying, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which will do all things that I will.
23 [a]Of this man’s seed hath God (B)according to his promise raised up to Israel, the Savior Jesus:
24 When (C)John had first preached [b]before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
